I have been lucky to work with world renowed chefs, artists, food and data scientists to design tools to improve creative cooking and food pairing (e.g. to improve food intolerances).  In particular with El Bulli, the mythical restaurant that re-defined cousine. Machine learning and AI put to play, mixing disciplines and reinventing food innovation. #foodie
